Situated in the heart of London, Middle Temple is one of the four Inns of Court, renowned for its historical significance and stunning surroundings. The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, commonly known simply as Middle Temple, is entitled to call its members to the English Bar as barristers. The other Inns of Court include the Inner Temple, Gray's Inn, and Lincoln's Inn.
Established in 1573, Middle Temple is steeped in history and tradition, and it remains a cornerstone of the legal profession in England. You can read more about their history here https://www.middletemple.org.uk/archive/history
Just a stone's throw from Fleet Street and along the Thames from Somerset House, Middle Temple offers a unique blend of historical grandeur and modern functionality. The Garden Room, a stylish and contemporary bar and cafe within this prestigious institution, now features my original paintings and limited editions. This elegant space, with its relaxed environment and beautiful natural light, provides an ideal backdrop for my work.
The Garden Room also boasts a charming outdoor terrace that overlooks Middle Temple’s manicured lawns and gardens filled with birdsong, which lead down to the Thames. This serene and picturesque environment adds a unique dimension to the exhibition, enhancing the viewing experience.
I am excited to bring a splash of uplifting colour to The Garden Room and I hope my work brings as much joy to you as it does to me. Whether you visit for breakfast, lunch, coffee, cake, or drinks, I look forward to you enjoying my art in this magnificent setting.
